Here's a leafcutter ant, a master planner and engineer of fungus farms who doesn't rest… This is the kind of shot I've been waiting for a very long time.

This shot of the leafcutter ant was one I've been. honestly waiting for most of my life. I did get a view of a handful of leafcutter ants in Belize in 2013, but the shots were less than stellar. Now this encounter really made me smile!
